e-BankPlus for Business has a scheduled maintenance Saturday, April 21st from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. CST, Sunday, April 22nd. During this time, e-BankPlus for Business and mobile banking will be unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience.
NOTICE TO BANKPLUS BUSINESS CUSTOMERS!
The federal government will require all financial institutions to properly identify customers who own and/or control legal entities.
This requirement will affect all customers, new or existing, who renew current loans, open new accounts or add additional services.
BankPlus will be required to obtain, at least but not limited to, the following information:
• Valid Government Issued Identification
• Physical Address
• Date of Birth
• Social Security Number
*Note: Effective Aug 25, 2017 Our Business Banking password policy has been enhanced to require more complex passwords. You may continue to use your current password to access Business Banking; however, the next time you are prompted to update your password, it must be a minimum of 9-16 characters in length and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one numeric value.
e-BankPlus for Business Online Banking Terms & Conditions have been updated as of Aug 16, 2017. Please read the updated Terms & Conditions by selecting the link to the bottom left of this page. Your continued use of the e-BankPlus Online Banking System constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Business Banking Internet Browser Support Policy Update:
Effective May 13, 2017, the Business Banking will be updated to only support the following internet browser versions:
. Internet Explorer version 11 or higher
. Mozilla Firefox version 27 or higher
. and Chrome version 30 or higher.
*Notes: If your current web browser is not compatible with the new supported browsers, you will no longer be able to connect to Business Banking and will be redirected to the following warning redirect page for 90 days. Older browser versions that are no longer supported, such as Internet Explorer 7, may not be compatible with the TLS v1.1 or later. As a result, you will need to upgrade to a more modern browser versions, such as Internet Explorer 11, in order to access the platform following this maintenance on May 13th. After 90 days, if you have not updated your browser or enabled TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2 on compatible browsers, you will receive a general “HTTP Page not found’ error” error message when trying to access the business banking webpage.
We will keep you informed as to when the newest versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari have been certified.
*Note: Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome have very rapid release cycles. Because of this, the certified versions of the internet browser, which was live at the time of the most recent release, can only be guaranteed for compatibility.
